Endurance

Endurance is defined as the ability to persevere in the face of an unpleasant or difficult procedure or event without succumbing. When a person's endurance improves, they are able to perform or tolerate more effort than before, which many professionals consider to be a sign of development. It has been established that increasing endurance leads to a more optimistic mindset. Gaining endurance via physical exercise has been demonstrated to reduce anxiety, sadness, and stress, as well as any other chronic condition.
